Client Overview
Prince Restaurant, located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is a full-service banquet and dining venue offering multi-cuisine dishes and event hosting for social and corporate gatherings.
They required a website that reflects their premium dining experience, showcases their banquet services, presents the large multi-cuisine menu clearly, and enables customers to inquire/reserve with ease.

Project Requirements
- Design and develop a modern, visually appealing WordPress website aligned with the banquet and restaurant brand.
- Enable clear presentation of multi-cuisine menu, banquet facilities, and event-hosting services.
- Provide an online reservation/inquiry form for hosting events and table bookings.
- Ensure mobile-friendly responsiveness, fast performance, and search-engine ready structure.
- Provide a backend that allows the restaurant staff to update menus, event service listings and pricing with minimal technical intervention.
Our Approach
1. Branding & Visual Layout
Implemented the banquet brand’s upscale identity through a clean WordPress theme: professional imagery of the restaurant and banquet hall, warm yet refined color palette, intuitive menu navigation.
2. Custom Theme & Content Architecture
Developed a custom WordPress theme (or child theme) using PHP, HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. Structured key pages: Home, Menu, Banquet & Events, Gallery, Contact/Reservation. Created menu listing templates with clear categories (starters, mains, desserts, cuisines) and event/banquet templates for corporate/social gatherings.
3. Reservation & Inquiry Integration
Integrated a form plugin (e.g., WPForms or Gravity Forms) for banquet inquiry and table bookings. Setup backend notifications so staff receive lead details promptly and a thank-you/confirmation message to the customer.
4. Mobile-First & Performance Optimization
Optimized images (restaurant/food shots), implemented lazy loading, minimized CSS/JS resource usage, applied caching, and verified performance for smartphones and tablets.
5. Easy Content Management & Training
Configured WordPress custom post types or custom fields for menus and event services so staff can add, edit or remove menu items, update pricing, and add new event services. Provided short training/documentation to the client’s staff on updating content and handling form submissions.
