Project Requirements
- Build a fully functional Shopify store that reflects the brand’s rugged, biker aesthetic — bold, user-friendly, and aligned with the biker lifestyle.
- Organize products into logical collections (apparel, accessories, gear, new arrivals, bestsellers) to help users easily browse items.
- Ensure product detail pages clearly highlight product images, descriptions, variants (size, color), and support smooth shopping flow.
- Integrate shopping cart and checkout with minimal friction to maximize conversions.
- Provide marketing-friendly features: newsletter signup, promo banners or hero sliders, social proof (reviews/testimonials), and user reviews (as seen on site).

Our Approach
Theme Setup & Customization
- Began with a base Shopify theme and customized it using Liquid, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript to match the brand’s aesthetic — rugged, bold, with biker-style fonts, imagery and color palette.
- Designed a homepage layout featuring hero sections (“Best Sellers”, “New Arrivals”, “Shop Apparel / Gear / Accessories”), banner sliders for promotions, and featured product carousels to drive engagement.
Product & Collection Architecture
- Structured the catalog into meaningful collections: Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies), Accessories (hats, gloves), Gear & Cleaning Supplies, New Arrivals, Best Sellers.
- Set up product detail templates with support for variants (size, color), high-resolution image galleries, description sections, and cross-sell / related product suggestions for increased average order value.
Conversion Optimization
- Implemented clear CTAs (“Add to Cart”, “Buy Now”), streamlined checkout flow, and optimized product-to-cart path to reduce friction.
- Added newsletter subscription for capturing leads, and enabled customer reviews/testimonials — showing trust through user feedback as visible on the live site.
Mobile-First & Performance Optimization
- Ensured the site is fully responsive across devices: product grids, image galleries, navigation menu and checkouts adapt smoothly for mobile.
- Applied performance best practices: image compression, lazy loading of images, CSS/JS minimization, and efficient use of Shopify’s built-in caching to ensure fast load times.
Content Management Setup & Handoff
- Configured Shopify admin for easy management of products, collections, banners, blog/news, and orders — enabling non-technical team members to handle updates independently.
- Provided a basic walkthrough/training for the client’s team on how to add or update products, manage inventory, upload images, run promotions, and handle orders.
